We have a Discord
I'll say it again: We're building something bigger than just another AI newsletter.
I've written many AI guides and tutorials.
But here's something I've realized: guides can only take you so far.
When I look at the questions in my inbox and detailed discussions with readers, it's clear that everyone's journey with AI tools is uniquely personal. Your specific use cases, challenges, and "aha moments" are what really matter. And those deserve more than just a one-way conversation through a newsletter.
That's why I've been quietly working on something bigger. Something that transforms AI Disruptor from a weekly newsletter into a true learning ecosystem.
Today, I'm opening the doors to our new AI Disruptor community space: an official Discord channel for my paid members.
But before I show you inside, let me tell you why this matters so much to me.
A few weeks ago, a reader sent me a message about using NotebookLM. The guide made sense, but they needed a bit more clarification on a specific point. We had a back-and-forth and worked through it.
The real magic happens in these direct interactions. When you can ask questions, share screens, and work through challenges together.
Taking AI Disruptor into exciting new territory
Here's the thing about AI tools – they're not just utilities. They're catalysts for completely new ways of working and thinking. But maximizing their potential isn't a solo journey.
That's why I'm building something beyond just another Discord server. This is a premium learning environment where every channel and feature is purposefully designed for deeper understanding and practical mastery.
Think of it as an extension of my guides, but with real-time interaction, direct access to my expertise, and a community of both serious AI practitioners and beginners.
This is just the beginning. In 2025, I want to roll out regular live sessions, screen-sharing tutorials, and live discussions and events that will take your AI expertise to new levels.
Inside your new AI learning space
Let me walk you through what I've built for our community.
First, we have dedicated spaces for each major AI tool. The Claude channel for discussions about things like custom writing styles, and a prompting channel for those who want to discuss topics like XML tags. Over in NotebookLM, members can share creative ways to process research papers. And our ChatGPT space? Well I hope some of you fill it up with insights because I don’t actually use it that much!
But here's my vision: every discussion builds on the next. Someone shares a unique use case, another member suggests an optimization, and suddenly everyone's workflows level up. This is the kind of organic learning that just can't happen in a one-way newsletter.
I've also set up voice channels for live problem-solving or scheduled events in the future. For now, feel free to hop in there to discuss whatever in the meantime.
Here is a quick walkthrough for getting access to the Discord. It’s pretty straightforward.
This is way more than just another Discord server
Every aspect of this community is designed to enhance your AI Disruptor experience. Those workflows I share in the newsletter? You can now discuss them in depth, share your modifications, and get instant feedback. Having trouble implementing something? Post a screenshot, and tap into the collective expertise of our community.
Think of this as your premium AI learning hub. When I release a new guide about Claude's XML tags or NotebookLM's synthesis features, you're not just reading about it – you're discussing it with fellow practitioners who are pushing these tools to their limits (and me!)
I’ve always wanted to build a community like this, and here we are. I ask that any of you interested get in there right away, even if it’s just to introduce yourselves. The success of the Discord depends on all of your contributions and questions!
A peek into what's next for our community
This launch is just the beginning. In the future, I want to roll out:
Weekly live sessions
Member-led knowledge sharing sessions
Live screen recording guides
Interactive challenges to push our AI skills further (maybe we can all get together and work on the same project)
Not a paid member yet? This is the perfect time to join. Beyond the newsletter, you'll now get:
Direct access to me and our community
Real-time problem-solving support
Early access to new features and guides
A space to share your own discoveries and learn from others
Remember: The best time to join a community is at the beginning. That's when connections are formed, relationships are built, and the real magic happens.
See you inside.
